Blog #12 - Current View of Technology in the classroom
Technology is a necessary tool for each and every single classroom. Teachers need to use some sort of technology to help children learn the curriculum in the general educaion classroom. Students will need technology to take notes, play games, review for tests, and assistive technology. Every type of student can benefit from technology as long as the teacher uses it effectivly. The students will enjoy having a projector in the classroom or using a computer on a daily basis. I think technology needs to be used in the classroom whether it is the simplest technology as a VCR.

I agree that technology is necessary to have in the classroom. It does not only help the students learn, but technology can also make life a lot easier for the teacher. Just using an overhead projector so the entire class can see the information helps the teacher and the students. There is always some form of technology that can be used in the classroom.
